People, publication, animal welfare, suppliers, community.
- People
- Living-wage compensation, equity for early scientific contributors, and parental leave from day one regardless of company stage.
- Open science
- Where it is commercially possible we publish methods and characterisation in peer-reviewed venues. Patents are filed to protect, not to obstruct.
- Animal welfare
- No animal-derived inputs and no animal testing, including through third-party CROs, in any regulatory geography.
- Supply chain
- Suppliers are assessed on labour practices, environmental record and traceability. Material supplier relationships are disclosed at launch.
- Community
- A share of revenue, from the first finished product onward, goes to research training in cell biology and bioprocess engineering at partner universities.
